Cornerstone Log & Timber Homes is a full service company that specializes in custom log and timber home planning. Our planning service includes every facet of the decision making process including help with selecting your new home style, engineering, modifications, floor plans, supplying the log home materials package and yes, if desired, full construction service as well.

Cornerstone Log & Timber Homes provide 6” through 12” logs in Eastern White Pine, Western Red Cedar, Northern White Cedar, Bald Cypress, Red Wood, Red Oak and White Oak. All these log sizes and species can be cut in fifteen (15) different styles for that discriminating log homebuyer. We also provide all the different corner styles including dovetail, notch and pass and saddle notch. Larger logs are also available. For timber frame and post and beam homes, we provide timbers in various sizes but traditionally they are 8”x8” timbers usually in Eastern White Pine, Douglas Fir, Cypress, Cedar or Oak.

Cornerstone Log & Timber Homes offers our unique 12 month layaway plan for the customer that wants to lock in today’s material price and still delay building their dream home to some future time. That’s right, a 10% deposit will hold the price for up to one year without any additional costs and all the deposit goes towards the price of your log home package. No layaway fees, no interest rate charged and we can make all the floor plan modifications required at that later date when you are closer to building.
